Founded by Mr. Alok Kumar Jha, Consulting Solutions India was launched on 21st January 2008, and is operational since 14th April 2008.

Mr. Alok has 17 plus years of experience in HR functions in large multinationals, and Professionally Managed Indian Companies. He has an extensive experience of IT Human Resources practice including large consulting assignments related to HR consulting and SAP HCM implementations. To his credit are various consulting assignments of giants like Procter and Gamble USA, Ranbaxy Laboratories Global, Qatar Petroleum, ONGC, Mahindra & Mahindra in India and abroad. He is the recipient of the Prestigious National Indira Super Achiever Award-2006 across the industry for his contribution to HR. He has been associated as a Senior HR Professional with brands like TietoEnator, ATOS origin, Siemens etc. Before starting his own venture, he was Director HR Development for Global Software Centres of TietoEnator Corporation for Europe and Asia Region Heading HR for several countries.

Mr. Alok Jha has completed his graduation in Business Management from Bhopal School of Social sciences and is a Post Graduate in Human Resources from the prestigious SIBM, Pune.
